It was a good value and great location.

Great location right in little Tokyo with great restaurants and bars! Easy to get around District 1 including the Market and historic sites. The staff were great and helpful. We had a triple and it was a very large two room suite.

Our room was on the top floor and the elevator stopped two floors below so we did have to schlep our bags up stairs. The other interesting thing was our shower/tub was high and since I’m short was challenging but fine.

Great location

Great location, close to all of the main attractions in HCMC. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Lovely kind, helpful and friendly staff.

Not always enough hot water for a full shower.

Good location, great value for money!

Excellent location for food and drinks near the Japanese quarter. Great value for money for the room size and location.

Was not given the room with balcony that I booked with no real effort from staff to address this, except to say the room I booked had an aircon issue.

Friendly hotel in the heart of district 1

Very helpful and cheerful staff. Great location to get to everything within walking distance and an easy pickup and dropoff to the airport. Very adaptable hotel to us needing to change dates/rooms

Wanted more facilities in the room such as chopsticks, forks, spoons. Unusual but we ended up needing to have a lot of meals in the room. Room was tidy but felt that it could have been a little bit cleaner.

Good stay for a few days in Ho Chi Minh

Great location! Working airconditioning, enough space.

Pillows on the bed weren’t comfy- you just get one really thin pillow. Stains in the sheet, but smelled clean and the bathroom wasn’t a fave because of the shower head. But not bad! Still a clean room and would stay here again for the price and location.

Good enough. Not fancy but not disappointing.

Someone on Google Map gave them a really bad review and I almost backed out last minute but when I showed up, it was the opposite. But I upgraded to a room with a bigger window for more light. The room looks just like the pictures. Very clean and comfy.

Pillows were put in the wrong case, I think. Too high. Once I take it out of the case, it’s a lot more comfy. Shower thingy was put way too low on the wall. I am 160cm and still struggle a little to shower. Cant imagine how taller people shower with that.

The location is great, it's near almost all tourist attractions in the center of HCM City. The facilities is not so great but it's acceptable compared to a 3 stars hotel. The room's comfortable and has a nice view.

It’s good in general but the hair-dryer is a little out of order. It worked for 1-2 minutes then automaticlly turn off.

Good value, great location, no buffet breakfast in low season but alternative breakfast option was delicious.

it’s a fantastic location and the staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating.

When we booked, it said there would be a buffet breakfast. However, as it was low season, there was no buffet breakfast available. As we paid for and booked buffet breakfast, this was disappointing. That being said, the staff were highly accommodating and cooked us a delicious vegetarian meal (at our request) every morning. It was delicious and we were very grateful!

The hotel is located near the Japanese neighbourhood where you can enjoy very nice and cheap food. You can walk to most places.

The hotel is expensive for what they offer. We found 2 small cockroaches in the bathroom… and the bath wasn’t stuck to the wall (it was like they didn’t have time to finish the construction)

Located at District 1, it's one of the older hotels in the town . The rooms clean but you can see the wear and tear in it.. overall it's a pretty good stay for the budget we got it at for 2days . We found the male receptionist to be more welcoming then the female receptionist

price for quality maybe a bit too high for a longer stay

the room had a very comfortable place to sit and work. the staff in this hotel is very nice and helpful (for example with umbrellas during the heavy rain). the location is also quite good

i am not sure if this was really the deluxe room that i got a free upgrade for or only the standard room anyway. the bathroom had a lot of ants crawling in there and i told them, but since i stayed there only for 1 night i didn't want them to spray poison around there while i was there.
